Responsibilities
- Reconcile books monthly
- Pay vendors through Quickbooks Online
- Process checks and accounts receivable
- Understand the basic reporting of taxes and tax returns
- Record day-to-day financial transactions
- Assist with sales order processing
- Provide financial information to tax accountant
Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office (including Excel)
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- BS degree in Accounting
This is an 8-5 Monday - Friday position with a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy. Our well-respected quality products and brand demand great attention to detail and craftsmanship. Though our company culture is relaxed our expectations and standards are high.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
