We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager/Bookeeper to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This is a key role that requires strong supervisory skills, excellent communication abilities, and exceptional organizational skills.
```Duties:```
- Supervise and manage office staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure clear and efficient communication channels
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents in both physical and electronic formats
- Manage schedules and appointments for staff members, ensuring optimal time management and coordination
- Perform various clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
-Tracking invoices, and preparing financial reports
- Provide support in human resources functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
```Experience:```
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in file management systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Proficiency in Excel a must.
- Quickbooks experienece.
- Salesforce experience a plus.
