What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cabinet Maker/Installer position at Confidential?
We are a high end custom cabinet company with over 30 years experience. Our main warehouse, where the applicant will be working, is located in Pompano Beach, FL. We treat each other with respect and share carpentry knowledge for a productive positive atmosphere.
Salary is dependent upon level of skill.
We are looking to hire a skilled carpenter with knowledge of various carpentry techniques that involves our high end clients.
A successful applicant should be hardworking, reliable, and have good communication and organizational skills. You must have completed at least 5-10 years of hands on carpentry or have equivalent experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Ability to fabricate/install cabinet kitchens, wall units, closets, vanities, wall paneling, bar units, etc...
- Conduct work and installation cabinets and other fixtures as required.
- Work well with others.
- Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
- Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Drivers License (Preferred).
- Completion of carpentry between 5-15 years experience as a carpenter.
- Additional certification may be required.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
- Knowledge of mathematics.
