Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and increase our customer base
- Engage with potential customers and provide them with information about our services
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with potential customers
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation goals
- Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities and leads generated
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
- Work Schedule: The preferred workdays are Tuesday through Saturday, with a strong preference for availability on Saturdays. Evening availability throughout the week is essential.
- This role necessitates daily commuting to our Rockville office.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organization skills, creativity, and prospect focused approach
- Direct sales experience is an advantage
- Reliable attendance
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
