$50,000 - $55,000 paid OT excellent benefits
7:30 am - 4:30 pm PT
Our client, a renowned Arbitration Firm based in south San Diego area is seeking to expand their team with individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. The Concierge/Client Experience role offers professional concierge services and support to both the firm and its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client assistance by welcoming them upon arrival.
- Ensure conference rooms are properly arranged and prepared for hearings.
- Manage catering arrangements as required.
- Handle and route phone calls efficiently.
- Oversee office supply inventory, including tracking, restocking, and ordering as necessary.
- Coordinate facility and management requirements, serving as the point of contact between the office and external vendors.
- Assist in planning and organizing events when needed.
