Construction Estimator and Project Manager
We are seeking a construction estimator and project manager to join our team. The estimator will work to develop accurate cost estimates for projects across a variety of markets. Ideal candidates should be motivated individuals who are well organized, able to meet deadlines, and works well in a team environment.
Typical Responsibilities Include:
- Perform quantity takeoffs and estimates
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members
- Assist team members in general construction administration duties
- Manage budgets and oversee the financial success of projects
Skills and abilities:
- Associates degree and/or a proven track record of estimating and managing projects in the commercial construction industry
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam as well as any project management, scheduling and estimating software
