About You
Essential Functions

• Produce and publish content writing, editing and proofreading
• Develop content for webinar series and podcasts
• Formulating a cross-platform content strategy
• Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas
• Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
• Research and source content for company brands
• Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media
• Repurpose content to fit the publishing media, video production or social media
• Develop webinar series content

Previous Experience & Education:

• Minimum 3-4 years agency experience or in a similar role
• Minimum of Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English or related field.
• Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices

• Exceptional copywriting skills
• Storyteller that can build strong and compelling content
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
• Ability to develop content that provokes engagement
• Audit the existing content on the company’s website for brand voice, relevance, and optimization collaborating with marketing team in developing site content
• Out of the box creative, curious and organized

• Actively balance the work of multiple projects, assignments, and launches in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment

• This job operates in a professional office setting; 75% sitting, 10% standing, and 15% walking.
• This role routinely operates standard office equipment such as computers, phones, headsets, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
• Ability to move 20 pounds.

Occasional travel may also be required.

Position Details and Perks:

Timeline: Immediate Hire

• Status: Full Time, Salary, FLSA Exempt
• Schedule: The office hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday- Friday, however, we are happy to provide flexible scheduling. *Some nights and weekends may be required for pre-planned marketing events.
• Location: Atlanta, GA (must live in or near the greater Atlanta Area). After an introductory period of 90 days, may transition to hybrid (half remote).
• Reports to: The CEO
• Benefits: 401K with match, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, and medical insurance stipend offered after 90 days employment
• PTO: Vacation Days, and Holiday pay
• Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience
• Covid-19 consideration: Must be fully vaccinated
