We are seeking a full time, highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Associate with a strong sense of leadership to join our dynamic team. As an entry level Customer Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the relationships with our existing clients while identifying new business opportunities to expand their customer base. Your exceptional communication skills, keen business acumen, and proven sales track record will be critical in driving revenue growth and maximizing client satisfaction.
Entry Level Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong, long-lasting relationships.
Understand individual customer needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and personalized service.
Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
Generate accurate sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to share with management.
Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
Leverage market insights to position our products/services competitively and effectively.
Entry Level Customer Service Associate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience as a Customer Service and Sales Associate , Account Manager, or Sales Representative, with a strong sales track record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure new business.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week
