Confidential client is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team! We are offering a compensation and benefits package for this role with a starting salary of $45,000-$55,000 per year commensurate with experience with opportunity for growth. We also offer health benefits after 90 days, and a 401k with employer match, paid time off, and vacation time as well as a Monday-Friday schedule from approximately 8am to 5pm.
The role:
- Scheduling appointments with customers
- Tracking appointment schedules
- Answering phone calls and inquiries from customers; handling client disputes and resolving client concerns as needed
- Accounts Receivables including billing and invoicing on client accounts and recording payments
- Entering work order information into the system
- Other duties as assigned

This position requires:
- 3 years of experience working in administrative or customer support roles in an office setting
- Demonstrated proficiency with navigating and using technology including CRMs and Microsoft Office and a proven track record of learning new technology and picking up systems quickly
- Must be experienced in using the internet as a daily research tool and comfortable with navigating various web applications as well as learning new systems
- A demonstrated ability to learn, understand, and execute established processes and procedures
- The ability to work independently while serving as part of an office team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with ChatGPT is a plus, but not required
