Customer Service / Data Entry Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire position with working hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary of $20 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and customer service tasks.
- Handle email inquiries, reports, and customer calls regarding product-related issues.
- Process all incoming orders, ensuring accuracy in products and pricing while meeting delivery requirements.
- Reconsolidate freight to ensure the best shipping methods are used.
- Interface with all other departments to handle customer issues, including shop orders, invoicing, credit problems, order processing, literature, tracking returns, quality issues, production/operation status, shipping/routing issues, and working with carriers to obtain proof of delivery and freight charges.
- Assist with clerical responsibilities as assigned.
- Assume other activities and responsibilities as directed.

- Knowledge base of individual products
- Writing quotes
- Processing orders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent level of knowledge.
- One to three years of experience in a customer support environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- ERP experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with an excellent telephone manner.
