What you will do:
· Answer incoming phone order calls
· Answer questions about our products and address clients’ concerns
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
· Go above and beyond to meet the needs of our buyers
· Enter order entries in system
· Review internal system to answer client questions about order history, update contact information, etc.
· Other duties as assigned
Who you are:
· Minimum one year of customer service experience in a call center (preferred)
· Detailed oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
· Basic understanding of using a telephone with multiple lines
· Experience with using a computer
· Experience in problem solving
· Has good time-management and organizational skills
Shifts we offer:
· Monday thru Friday – 8:30am-5:30pm PST
