What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Lab Technician position at Confidential?
Examine models or impressions; fabricate, alter,
or repair dentures, crowns, bridges, inlays, or appliances according to prescription or specs;
evaluate functionality of model; polish surfaces of prostheses or frameworks; melt metals, mix
plaster, porcelain, or acrylic pastes and use molds or frameworks to form dental prostheses or
apparatuses. Req 1 yr exp as Dental Technician or any 12 month combination of college education,
training or exp as Dental Technician.
We are looking for a well rounded technician that knows how to do it all, but specializes in anterior restorations. We focus on functionality combined with beauty to achieve the best results for our doctors and their patients' and we want an employee with the same values.
We do have high production standards so time management is key when trying to achieve the highest quality product, while making sure to hit production numbers at the same time.
