• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license with proven experience in nursing home leadership roles.
• In-depth understanding of skilled nursing regulations, best practices, and quality improvement processes.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse nursing team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong sense of empathy and diplomacy.
• Knowledge of budget management, staffing, and resource allocation.
