Director of Staff Development Position Summary: Must Have LVN License
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide expert professional advice in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations as well as our company’s policies to all D.S.D.’s within the company.
Education/Experience:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty with a strong degree of professionalism. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Must have, as a minimum, a high school diploma.
- Experience in supervision and principles, the practice of teaching, etc.
- Must possess skills in leadership and communication.
- Must possess creativity, integrity, and initiative.
- Must possess experience on IP.
- DSD Certification Required.
- LVN or RN Licensure Required.
- Must have minimum of 2 years of ADSD experience.
- Must Have Skill Nursing experience.
- CPR Certification Required.
