Nationwide flooring installation company looking for an estimator of Commercial Flooring. We provide consulting, architectural floor plans and equipment layout to various consumers including major fitness facilities, universities, retail facilities as well as provide product recommendation, material sales and installation, graphic design, customized inlays and more.
We are looking for an estimator with strong commercial flooring knowledge, excellent customer service skills as this individual will serve as a point of contact for our company. Preferred applicants will be motivated, able to read architectural drawings, provide sales estimates and have strong communication skills.
This individual will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our flooring products, services and recommend solutions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates of probable project costs on materials, and labor. Estimators base the calculations on quotations, schematic drawings, contract bids and specificiations.
- Tracking orders and coordinating the deliveries
- Work hand in hand with the companys northeast sales force
- Preparing and issuing Installation work orders
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the business and product lines
- Remain up-to-date with new products/services
- Excellent communication skills required to effectively interact and negotiate with internal and external customers and business contacts at all organizational levels
- Work will be preformed predominantly remotely. With occasional assistance at shop to organize job materials.

Pay: $66,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
