Responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the senior living community. This also includes ensuring resident care and satisfaction, overseeing marketing efforts, maintaining budgets, staff management, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Developing staff recruitment, retention, and training strategies
- Communicating with family members
- Maintaining relationships with referral sources within the greater community
- Developing, maintaining, and reporting on the budget and other financial expenses
- Assuring compliance with state regulatory guidelines
- Assuring exceptional care for residents
- Addressing any concerns, questions, or problems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
- At least 2 years of Assisted Living or Memory care facility experience
- Previous management experience required
