Executive Director

A well established leader in the senior care industry, is looking for an experienced licensed nursing home administrator to fill the position of Executive Director. The Executive Director is responsible for the daily management of operations for a large skilled nursing facility, including a Rehabilitation Center, and Assisted Living suites. The Executive Director leads the process to develop and ensure attainment of goals for quality care and service delivery to residents.

Specific Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of LNHA experience, preferably in a continuing care retirement community
• Broad understanding of federal and state laws related to the operation of the Community
• Ability to make prompt and accurate decisions
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of work teams
• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration or related field
• Current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator’s License
