Looking for an Automotive Dealership Office Manager!
Job responsibilities as the Automotive Dealership Office Manager:
- Train and staff, the accounting team
- Working knowledge of all accounting positions focused on billing, L&T, and schedule reconciliation.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts.
- Title work a plus.
- Keep the Management informed of crucial department and accounting staff issues.
- Review financial statements and ledgers, and work with the accounting staff to clear up any discrepancies.
- Reynolds knowledge Preferred.
- Special projects & assignments, including the creation and implementation of department policies.
- Attend weekly meetings.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Previous Automotive Office Manager experience required.
- Self-starter.
- A high school diploma is necessary; a college or advanced degree is preferred. Candidates should have strong communication, customer service, leadership, and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
