Seeking a Community Manager who is responsible for the operations of an assigned Community. The Community Manager is responsible for the management of all of the community needs by maximizing the NOI, and optimum performance in the day-to-day tasks which include but are not limited to managing personnel, excellent customer service, risk management, expense control, and revenue management while staying in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

This is an immediate hire with a competitive salary, great benefits, and will be eligible to participate in a quarterly bonus program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
