Financial Controller

We are seeking a talented and experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Jacksonville FL. The Financial Controller will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our company within the pool filtration industry. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial plans.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed.
• Oversee the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with all tax regulations relevant to the pool filtration industry.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial partners, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with executive management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in the pool filtration industry, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards relevant to the pool filtration industry.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
