POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be at the heart of our organization, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities include:
- Phone Management: Handle calls professionally, asking initial questions and then directing them to the appropriate department. For any after-hours and missed calls, voicemails are to be summarized via email to appropriate party.
- Lobby Management: Greet people warmly and direct them to complete necessary tasks for their visit upon arrival. Keeping the lobby clean and welcoming is also the responsibility of this position.
- Administrative Support: Assist with tasks like calendar management, office supply ordering, mail sorting, processing payments, managing faxes, creating ID badges, and handling invoices. This list is not exhaustive.
- Attention to Detail & Initiative: This position has ebbs and flows of business, thus an ideal candidate would be effective in multitasking when busy and seeking out additional tasks when slow.
