Our client is currently seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join their team . As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient service and administrative support. Schedule: Monday: 7a-12P Tuesday: 7a-2p Wednesday: 7a-4p Thursday: 7a-2p Friday: 7a-7p Saturday: OFF Sunday: OFF
Duties:
- Professionally answer all incoming calls to the facility.
- Greet and assist all guests of the facility.
- Give directions/information to visitors, guests, residents, sales representatives, etc.
- Issue and collect identification badges as representatives sign in/out.
- Assist with administrative duties as directed. (Includes typing, filing, posting accounts, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Front office / receptionist experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Experience with Microsoft office suite
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
