This Multi “Hat” Position Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Accounts Receivable
- Receive and Review Job and Service Billing Documents
- Prepare Invoicing Daily, Monthly and Quarterly
- Track Accounts Receivable and Open Balances
- Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports
Purchasing
- Work directly with local and international vendors to negotiate the best price for each item.
- Maintain consistency of quality from project to project
- Develop good vendor relationships
- Assist in complicated problem solving and decision making
- Ability to handle problems/delays and manage critical delivery times
- Follow up, to ensure that vendor met all the required specifications
General Administration
- Maintain Filing of, Personnel, and other business documents
- Maintain and track office supplies and equipment as needed in multiple offices
- Maintain Government Licensing Information and communicate with agencies as necessary
- Ability to create and maintain detailed reports.
Essential Skills Required:
- QuickBooks Accounting Software
- Extensive accounting and bookkeeping
- Experience managing office administrative functions
- Professional written and oral Communication skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced user of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience Required:
- Bookkeeping: 5 years
