We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Cannabis Gardening Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and experience working with cannabis plants. This individual will assist in the cultivation and maintenance of cannabis crops to ensure the highest quality yield.
Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in the planting, watering, feeding, and harvesting of cannabis plants.
2. Monitoring plant health and identifying and addressing any pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
3. Following established cultivation procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
4. Collaborating with the cultivation team to execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
5. Operating and maintaining gardening equipment and machinery as needed.
6. Adhering to all regulations and standards for cannabis cultivation and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
7. Contributing to the development and improvement of cultivation processes and techniques.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in horticulture or agriculture, with specific experience in cannabis cultivation preferred.
2. Knowledge of cannabis plant physiology, growth cycles, and cultivation techniques.
3. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the cultivation schedule.
7. Familiarity with cannabis cultivation regulations and best practices is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
The Cannabis Gardening Assistant will be required to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. The role may also involve exposure to elements such as heat, humidity, and soil.
