The qualified Candidate will possess the ability to be a leader through hands on operating and attention to detail. Management experience is a plus but a track record of success is the most important quality you can bring you to the interview. We are a growing company with many years of success behind us as well.
Responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager
· Proactively manage operations including; inventory, food and beverage management, labor, and security, as well as ensuring brand standards/policies & procedures are followed
· Deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
· Prepare reports for staff, food control, and sales
· Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development
Requirements of the Restaurant General Manager
· 3 years or more Restaurant Management Experience
· Basic knowledge of HR responsibilities such as hiring, training and termination of employees
· Must maintain the highest food quality and cleanliness standards
· Hands-on management style
· Passionate about the hospitality industry
· Great Customer Focus
· Good Food Production Skills
· Current driver’s license
