We are looking for a General Manager to oversee a family owned local restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations in a local family owned restaurant
  • Control daily costs and scheduling
  • Grown business daily with good operations, staff development and great hospitality
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses while exceeding customer satisfaction
  • Manage a staff of 25 and build and hire new team members
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
  • Skills
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
  • Experience in planning and budgeting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
