Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and vehicles to perform various construction and maintenance tasks. If you have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience operating equipment such as dump trucks, tankers, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, and farm machinery, we encourage you to apply. Duties: - Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including dump trucks, tankers, roll-off trucks, bulldozers, concrete mixers, backhoes, loaders, and farm machinery - Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment - Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning - Transport materials and equipment to designated locations - Excavate and grade land for construction projects - Assist with the construction of roads, buildings, and other structures - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Requirements: - Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as dump trucks, tankers, roll-off trucks, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, and farm machinery - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment operations - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans - Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness - Physical stamina to withstand long hours of work in various weather conditions - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
