Seeking an individual with a hospitality accounting background for their hotel management, development, and acquisitions company.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Submit/process Payroll using ADP payroll system for all employees OR other payroll system individual is knowledgeable in
-Make sure all new employees are being enrolled per company standards and put into the payroll system correctly
-Input wage garnishments and employee benefits in the system
-Monitor hotel payroll and communicate with the Director of Operations on trends
-Reconcile night audit reports to match bank statement deposits
-Reconcile any Direct Billing accounts that book rooms at our properties
-Update QuickBooks daily
-Take credit card charges and input data into Quickbooks
-Pay all taxes related to hotel operations & payroll
-Monitor all bank accounts & report all activity
-Categorized all expenses
-Able to analyze hotel night audit reports
-Submit daily Summary reports to Vice President on account balances, expenses, reconciliation match, & more.
-Monitor and categorize all revenue and expenses
-Keep track of expense reports for employee credit cards
Must have hotel corporate office experience and be able to analyze hotel night audit reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
