Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on the timeliness of new hire paperwork completion;.
- Conduct new hire orientation;.
- Monitor the status of open positions and ensure that job descriptions are updated.
- Create interview questions.
- Conduct interviews.
- Update job descriptions.
- Act as liaison with managers in the hiring process.
- Create and maintain a job posting database.
- Post job openings on various websites.
- Conduct exit interviews.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
