We are currently partnering with a client in Dedham, MA looking for an HR generalist to report into their EVP of HR while supporting the HR Operations side of their business. You will be mainly focusing on benefits, compensation, employee relations, HR projects, onboarding, HR Reporting, HRIS implementation, compensation benchmarking while supporting them through their recent acquisition.
Position: HR Generalist/Sr. HR GeneralistSalary: $35-45/hour (3 month contract)
Location: Dedham, MA
Reporting: Directly to EVP of HR
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive HR support, including guidance on performance management and conflict resolution.
Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and timely communication.
Maintain up-to-date HR records and generate regular reports on HR metrics.
Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and promote continuous learning.
Drive initiatives to boost employee engagement and morale, and support recruitment and onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5 years HR experience
Banking industry familiarity
HR law knowledge
HRIS proficiency
