Human Resources Coordinator

Pulaski County area long-term care facility is seeking experienced Human Resources Director to join our team.

HR Director Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of associate degree preferred.
• Human resource/payroll Experience required.
• Long-term care experience is a plus.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

HR Director Job Functions:

• Process and maintain all personnel records.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an adequate personnel filing system.
• Arrange for meetings, conferences, seminars, and general schedule for the Administrator and others as directed.
• Calculate payroll (timecards) and distribute payroll checks.
• Maintain current file and listing of residents, emergency phone numbers of on-call personnel, key personnel, etc.
• Maintain attendance records, warning notices, counseling, and other disciplinary action of employees.
• Assist with new employee orientation.
• Supervise, train, and/or assist department heads and others to learn use of computer and data processing policies and procedures.
• Enroll employees in all benefit programs offered by the facility.
