```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the IT department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Manage IT projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data, systems, and networks.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of vSphere and VMWare virtualization technologies.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Microix or similar finance tools
- Proficient in server management, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of network support principles, including LAN/WAN infrastructure, TCP/IP protocols, and VPN technologies.
- Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud computing platform.
- In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage systems, networking devices, and security protocols.
