Who are YOU?
You are an experienced IT Recruiter that is looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a growth orientated organization and excited by the chance to create the foundations of our recruiting department with a dynamic organization.
This is an energetic IT service company that is customer service centric and your ability to build relationships, internally and externally, is a must. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, is essential. Equally important is your ability to multitask, be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work with little or no supervision. Strong recruiting knowledge and social media skills are required.
What does your day/week look like?
· Develop/manage a strategic recruiting plan
· Manage the recruiting budget
· Source and schedule job fairs
· Manage the applicant tracking system
· Source and screen candidates
· Weekly meetings with hiring managers
· Leverage social media and networking sites for marketing career opportunities
· Manage outside recruiting firms
What do you need for this amazing opportunity?
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or communication is preferred but not required.
· 4 to 5 years of industry equivalent experience in marketing or recruiting or related field.
· Applicant tracking software
· Familiar with social media and networking sites, job posting websites
· In-depth knowledge of social media and networking sites
· In-depth knowledge of various job posting sites
· In-depth knowledge with outside recruiting firms
· In-depth knowledge of technical marketing tools
