The ideal candidate possesses advanced computer skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and effective communication skills, with experience in manufacturing scheduling and planning within an ERP system.
Additionally, the Lead Planner is responsible for creating, distributing, and tracking work orders, optimizing inventory levels, resolving shortages, and implementing strategic solutions to enhance material flow efficiency. Serving as a subject matter expert in production control, this role involves refining scheduling systems and processes to drive continuous improvement.
