What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Director position at Confidential?
Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to manage the operations and maintain the facility's safety and comfort for our residents and staff.
A successful candidate will come with prior Long Term Care/Healthcare Maintenance leadership experience.
This is a full time position working M-F with some weekends based on facility needs.
What You Will Do:
- Perform repairs, preventative maintenance and scheduled maintenance on mechanicals
- Work closely with other department heads to prepare rooms for new resident admissions/discharges
- Develop and implement programs to ensure work safety assurance and compliance to OSHA guidelines and standards
- Ordering supplies and equipment
- Manage department financial budget
