Manager of Plant Operations – seeking an individual with superior leadership and customer service skills.
· Ensure maintenance of community exterior (e.g., building, lawn, plant and/or flower beds, walkways, driveways, parking lot, etc.) by performing or supervising maintenance tasks or facilitating such performance by outside maintenance services personnel.
· Ensure maintenance of community interior (e.g., resident suites, common areas, offices, storage rooms, kitchen, etc.) by performing or supervising maintenance tasks, or facilitating such performance by outside maintenance services personnel.
· Manage Environmental Services Technician and Housekeeping staff, if applicable. Provide training, coaching, and performance management to staff.
· Maintain knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations regarding compliance of all maintenance and building codes and drills and maintains all required documentation to meet such laws and regulations for assisted living and memory care facilities.
· Monitor Maintenance Inspection/Request daily and promptly address maintenance concerns.
· Implement, perform, and ensure adherence to company maintenance programs, including but not limited to programs that are HVAC-related, carpet-related, mold-related, etc.
· Understand and implement all emergency plans including fire, hurricane, earthquake and other disasters.
· Understand roll in the safety and disaster plan.
· Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents.
· Assists in monthly training for team members and yearly evacuation plans for team members and residents.
