Millwright Project Lead

$2,000 First-year Retention Bonus

Starting Wage: Make up to $37.93 based on experience

Additional Incentives:

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 6am - 2pm

As our client's Millwright Project Lead, you will:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor mechanical projects. Communicate status of projects with maintenance and operations teams.
• Keep plant machinery and equipment in good condition by locating faulty parts through troubleshooting process, replacing worn and broken parts and making proper adjustments.
• Make routine checks and inspections through a maintenance work order system.
• Structure, assemble and install various types of equipment, working from blueprints or sketches; installing and moving plant machinery.
• Ensure a safe work environment by learning required PPE and complete any required safety related courses or training.

Qualifications:

• This position requires a person to have a Millwright Journey Operator Card or 2-4 years of related work experience in an industrial setting filling the role as a millwright or equivalent military experience.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Able to effectively communicate and lead a team.
