We are seeking an Ocean Import Customer Service Agent to join the team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. You will learn all aspects of shipment operations and coordination!
Summary of Job Description
- To be the primary interface between your department, customer, sales, and overseas shipping agents.
- To provide quality customer service, while meeting company policies and procedures.
General areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones properly and in timely manner
- Providing general customer service and shipment status updates
- Entry of shipments
- Ocean Import shipments
- Tracking and tracing of shipments
- Research of shipments for Accounting requests/reports
- Scanning of shipment documents
- Speaking with overseas agents
Requirements
- Previous Ocean experience is a MUST
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Bilingual Mandarin a HUGE PLUS!

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
