Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage office tasks efficiently, and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization
- Assist with customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering calls
- Support real estate administrative tasks as needed
- Utilize Google Suite for various office functions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling
