KBW Financial has partnered with a well-established manufacturing organization based out of Marlborough, MA that is actively seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their growing team! The Payroll Administrator will assist with day-to-day payroll functions, as well deal with tax authorities. This is a contract to hire opportunity. The Payroll Administrator will perform the following:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with contacting state, regional, and other tax authorities
- Address tax inquiries
- Complete ad hoc administrative assignments
- Payroll processing
Qualifications:
- Prior experience handling payroll tax inquiries from local government entities
- 1 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of ADP a plus
- Strong attention to detail
