Summary: Keeps premises of building in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, trim, glass and entry doors.
· Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, entryways and other work areas.
· Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays.
· Transports trash and recycling to disposal areas.
· Replenishes bathroom supplies.
· Power washes trash containers, entry areas and garage.
· Washes trash and recyclable chutes.
· Responsible for company issued tools and equipment.
· Installs elevator pads for move-in/move-out and furniture deliveries.
· Salts and maintains all building entries during inclement weather, including positioning mats and signs in public areas.
· Assists with maintenance requests as needed.
