Post-harvest help needed at our cannabis farm in Hudson, NY. This is a full-time, year-round position that offers great benefits.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm

The Post-Harvest Technician supports the Post-Harvest Manager by maintaining product quality through the trimming, bucking, sorting, weighing and packaging processes. Processing cannabis is a detail-oriented job that requires focus, passion, and a willingness to learn. Our goal is to process dried cannabis carefully and efficiently.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Ensuring packages are properly labeled based on batch number, product type, weight, etc.
- Sealing, counting, and sorting packages
- Filling, topping, and capping pre-rolled joints
- Filling and packing retail orders as needed
- Hanging plant material to dry and cure
- Buck and trim cannabis buds by hand
- Separate and track buds, trim, stems, and plant material waste
- Accurately weigh and package cannabis flower and pre-rolls for retail orders
- Maintain machinery that is used in the trim room and other areas of work
- Follow state regulations as well as company policies and procedures
- Daily cleaning of work areas, grow areas, and tools as necessary
- Adherence to biosecurity measures
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to use hand tools such as scissors, trimmers, etc.
- Must be able to work in elevated temperatures at times
- Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds without assistance
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
