We are a premium preschool for kids ages 6 weeks to 6 years and are located in Parker County. We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic assistant director to become part of our growing community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Assistant Director is responsible for the training & development of our staff and assisting in operation of the school including: marketing implementation, student enrollment, parent and community relations, interviewing and hiring staff, and professional development.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator who is well versed in State/Local licensing standards and who possesses strong communication skills.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of two years experience in education administration and business administration is preferred.
• Meets all state required credentials to comply with licensing standards.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and proficiency with technology.
• HR/Admin experience not required but preferred.
• Prior recruiting and experience.
• Possesses time management and organizational skills.
• Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have a valid high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Job Type: Full-time Hours - 9am-6pm BUT must be flexible between the hours of 7am-6pm.

Pay: From $35,568.00 per year
