What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Supervisor position at Confidential?
- Work alongside your team in all aspects of architectural precast concrete production (demold, reset, batching, finishing, palletizing, loading).
- Develop and train team members with process and techniques of mold reset and rebar mat fabrication.
- Supervising and training staff at different workstations.
- Support and participate in various efforts to continuously improve and implement changes and/or fixes in production.
- Prepare and/or validate the various reports necessary for the smooth running of operations.
- Ensure that the work environment of its workers is following 6s lean process. Clean, organized safe and strengthen the company's health and safety guidelines.
- See the proper storage, maintenance and repair of the tools used your team.
- Inspect the work done by his team for quality and accuracy.
- Ensure that you have the necessary materials equipment to carry out the days and future work properly.

Requirements :
- HS diploma
- 5 years’ experience in manufacturing or construction. Precast experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite (word, excel, outlook)

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
