Title: Project Manager

Duties
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from scoping and initiation to completion and evaluation. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards.
Project Scoping:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Conduct feasibility studies and assess potential risks to ensure realistic project expectations.
Budget and Timeline Management:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress against established timelines, identifying and addressing potential delays.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently.
Deadline Tracking:
- Keep track of competing deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
- Proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Foster strong communication channels among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Provide regular project updates and reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Address stakeholder concerns and expectations, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Capital Expense Report (CER) Writing:
- Prepare Capital Expense Reports (CERs) to document and assess changes to project scope, timelines, or budgets.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate and thorough documentation of project changes.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
-Asset management control, MOC, or Pay schedules.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager, demonstrating successful management of complex projects from initiation to closure.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
5. Proficient in project management software and tools.
6. Detail-oriented and analytical, with a problem-solving mindset.
7. Familiarity with Capital Expense Reports (CERs) and project documentation best practices.
8. SAP Preferred
