- Board Meetings

- Outdoor field presence, inspections and violations
- Reporting, including financial
Job Requirements Include:
- LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager)
- Excellent written and verbal skills for frequent interaction with Board and Residents
- Excellent organization, time management, and the ability to work independently and responsibly
