Property Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a class A community. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, ensuring property maintenance, and maximizing occupancy rates. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills and knowledge of property management regulations.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Advertise and market available units to attract prospective tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and enforce lease terms
- Collect rent payments and handle delinquencies in accordance with company policies
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained
- Address tenant complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including financial transactions and tenant communications
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in property management laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager
- Experience with price optimization software is preferred
- Strong understanding of property maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Proficient in file management, data entry, and office software applications
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management, including Fair Housing regulations
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service

Pay: $45,439.00 - $50,322.00 per year
