Management company seeking a Licensed Community Association Manager for a large homeowner’s association in Port St. Lucie.
The ideal candidate will have a successful and similar working history. The ideal candidate will also be “hands on” and responsible for managing and overseeing property operations including general administration, budgeting, expense control, financial planning, enforcement of rules and regulations, mechanical systems on the property, and general upkeep of the property, with a keen eye to detail.
