* Must have: Previous 3 years Experience with proactively managing multi-housing properties
* Managing Expense control to stay within budget
Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Ability to reach Net Operating Income goals monthly responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and management of residential properties
- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct property tours and showings to potential tenants
- Screen and approve rental applications, ensuring compliance with leasing policies and procedures
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewals
- Collect rent payments and ensure timely processing
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling contractors and vendors
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Manage property budgets, expenses, and financial records
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates
- Enforce lease terms, rules, and regulations to maintain a positive living environment for tenants
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations
- Proficient in using property management software platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective resident relations
- Ability to handle conflict management and resolve resident disputes professionally
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for administrative tasks
- Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to leasing and eviction procedures
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices and ability to coordinate repairs
- Understanding of real estate administrative processes including contract management
