Truckee area apartment complex seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead a small team managing 100 units.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties including property inspections
- Assign, schedule, and ensure completion of maintenance requests
- Manage capital projects, tenant improvements, and maintenance emergencies
- Negotiate bids and coordinate work with multiple vendors
- Negotiate new leases and renewals
- Ensure proper organization and detailed record keeping
- Build client and tenant loyalty through quick responses, customer service and follow-through
- Handle client interactions with courtesy, sensitivity and the ability to defuse difficult situations
- Accomplish financial goals while maintaining positive relationships with tenants and owners

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field a plus
- 3 years’ experience in property management
- Knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures for federal, state and local housing laws
- Fluency with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Property Management software such as AppFolio or Yardi
- Access to personal vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to commute to Truckee area (not a resident manager position)
Salary & Benefits:
- $70,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience. Bonus opportunities
